The spring season will be twice-a-week outdoor training sessions, approximately eight games in the Vermont Soccer League, possible friendlies and team outings, and optional tournaments. The spring season will start on Monday April 15th and will run through the end of June.

The spring training session schedule will not be set until about a month before the season starts. We'll find the best training session schedule that works for the players/parents on each team.

There are quite a few spring tournaments, including a pre-season tournament in Queensbury NY and an end-of-the-season tournament in Essex Junction VT. All of the spring tournaments are optional, and all but one will cost extra to the players who participate in them. The Target United Cup (in the middle of the season, in Essex Junction) is included in the registration fee for U8, U10, and U12 teams.

Here are four of the definite spring tournaments.
Northern United Mountain Mayhem Tournament: Queensbury NY (U8-U12) and Fort Ann NY (U14).
Amherst Memorial Day Classic: Amherst NH (U8-U14).
Target United Cup: Essex Junction VT (U8-U12).
Essex United Soccer Tournament: Essex Junction VT (U8-U14).

All of our training, and half of our Vermont Soccer League games, will be at Hard'ack, on the Gratton fields which are in the far back section of Hard'ack. We just (November 2018) had this area professionally flattened. If Hard'ack is too muddy for use when we start in mid April then we'll have temporary use of Collins Perley.

​Players will need both the HOME (maroon) and AWAY (yellow) uniform kits: Jerseys, Shorts, and Socks.

IF YOU PLAYED IN THE FALL 2018 SEASON then you get a $25 discount which is not reflected in the costs below. Your spring registration fee is $110 (instead of $135).

The last day to register is Monday January 28th.

* There are two ways to pay. (1) You can pay online when you register, via credit card or electronic check. (2) You can instead mail the payment ($135) to Saint Albans Youth Soccer Club, 192 North Main Street, St Albans, VT, 05478. Your payment must be received within two weeks of your registration or your registration will be removed, unless you’ve made an arrangement with us.
* Please email a completed Parent/Guardian Consent and Player Medical Release Form, unless we already have this from a prior season.
* You will need to provide a photo headshot of your player and a copy of your player's birth certificate, unless you've already provided these things in a prior season or your player has already been validated by VSA in another club. You can upload the photo headshot directly to your player's Got Soccer player account. You can also upload the birth certificate copy directly to your player's Got Soccer player account, into the Documents section. Or, you can email these things to [email protected].
* Your player will need both a HOME (maroon) and an AWAY (yellow) uniform kit: Jerseys, Shorts, and Socks. If you already have the AWAY (yellow) uniform kit from a prior season then you don't need to order it again. But you'll still need the HOME (maroon) uniform kit. Please see the Uniforms webpage.
